NYSAR/HANFRA Honors Barnet Holdings With Environmental Preservation Award 

Barnet Holding of Garden City, NY has been honored by The New York State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR).  The association has named the family-owned real estate development company winner of the second annual environmental award for residential developments. 

Hamptons & North Fork Realtors  Association (HANFRA) nominated Barnet Holding for this prestigious award. 

Known as the “ENVY Award,” the competition showcases residential developments that make environmental preservation a priority.  NYSAR created the program not only to recognize the community-focused work of builders and developers, but also to underscore the importance of environmental preservation to New York’s REALTORS. 

The award’s judges considered the builders efforts to preserve natural flora and fauna; blending with the surrounding environment; family safety; family recreation; common areas; streets; drainage; sanitation; utility design and marketability.
